Eliezer, אליעזר, is 318. Wine, יין, and secret, סוד, are both 70. The word Torah, תורה, is 611. The Sages read the Torah’s words by their sums, and so did Rashi, the Baal HaTurim, the Alter Rebbe and the Rebbe.
